Lethal Force Gun Law
Strategies & Tactics
2018 6-Day Conference
October 4 - 9
A fantastic learning experience. Your actions will be judged by the laws of the land. Firearm laws are constantly changing to promote safety so there's always something new to learn. We review individual case studies and how the law applies to them. Studying law can be a dry and boring experience so we've brought on a group of actors to guide exciting role play sessions.
Gun Laws? Who needs 'em? Think Again!
Knowing how to handle a gun will be a very important skill to have when it comes time to defend your life against a violent assailant. Failure to be able to respond quickly and accurately may result in the loss of life and the cost of confusion could be deadly. Remember: our classroom is far cheaper and forgiving than a courtroom. Take the easy path. Know and understand the laws so you can act with confidence and tact.
We cover everything from surviving an attack to handling the legal aftermath. If you plan to take the responsibility to carry a gun, you need to attend this conference!
You must ask yourself: Will your current understanding of the laws surrounding the judicious use of deadly force stand up to the scrutiny of the arriving law enforcement officers at your shooting scene? How about the possibility of a criminal courtroom procedure?
Wednesday, October 3rd

"The Aftermath" with Jim Fleming & J.B. Herren
This will be a detailed examination of the Judicious Use of Lethal Force, and the laws surrounding the etiquette and protocols of owning a defensive firearm, aimed at the law-abiding gun owner that has assumed the responsibility to own a firearm for personal defense.
Jim Fleming and J.B. Herren will transform the classroom into a (faux) deadly encounter, and you will become involved in the process of what happens next. You will come away with an increased knowledge and understanding of gun laws and the Judicious Use of Lethal Force. This is a class-participation class. You may become part of the action!
Alexis Artwohl, Ph.D. will join us at this years’ Gun Law Strategies & Tactics Conference. Dr. Artwohl will speak to the altered perceptions during and after deadly force encounters. She's an expert in the physio-psychological aspects of violent encounters.
